KAARI SHIRT

This short-sleeve button-up shirt is crafted from upcycled cotton fabric and reimagined into a stunning piece of contemporary sustainable design. Designed with intricate hand-stitched dori embroidery on the pockets—made from repurposed fabric scraps—and dori embroidery detailing along the collar, placket, and sleeves, this piece is our attempt at showcasing the potential of conscious design.

The material used was discarded cotton fabric with minor imperfections, and we reimagined it using handcrafted fabric doris, stitched onto the pockets to form a striking grid pattern, adding a structured yet artisanal touch to the piece.

With its relaxed fit and soft hand feel, this shirt is perfect for both casual outings and statement layering. Pair it with relaxed jeans for an easygoing look, or style it with tailored pants for a refined edge.

Because this piece is completely upcycled, each item is unique—minor variations in texture and color are a testament to the product's individuality.
