Return and Exchange Policy

At Re-Life by H.P. Singh, every product is crafted with precision and care, using reclaimed textiles to create design-forward, sustainable fashion. As each piece is uniquely upcycled, we encourage mindful purchasing to minimize unnecessary exchanges and returns.

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers must inform us of any defect or issue within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Exchanges or store credit can be availed only once per invoice and must be requested within the eligible period.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

    • Customized products

    • Made-to-order pieces

    • Accessories

    • Sale items

    • One-of-one designs


2. Exchange Process

  1. Request Authorization

    • Contact us via WhatsApp [9810602756] or email at [Hi@projectrelife.com] within 3 days of delivery.

    • Provide your order number and reason for exchange, along with supporting images if necessary.

  2. Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup

    • We offer free reverse pickups for eligible exchanges (limited to once per invoice).

    • In exceptional cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may need to ship the item at their expense. We recommend using Blue Dart or DTDC and obtaining proof of postage.

  3. Processing & New Shipment

    • Once the returned item is received and passes quality checks, we will issue store credit or process the exchange.

    • Exchanges depend on product availability at the time we receive the return. If immediately available, the new item will be shipped within 2 business days.

3. Store Credit Policy

  • Refunds are not offered. Approved returns will receive store credit valid for 6 months.

  • Store credit will be issued only after the returned item passes quality checks.

  • Customers may use store credit to purchase any item of their choice or coordinate an exchange via WhatsApp or email.


4. Defective or Incorrect Orders

We take rigorous quality control measures, but in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item:

  • Customers must report defects via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • What qualifies as a defect?

    • Structural defects (tears, stitching issues, fabric damage beyond natural variations)

    • Wrong item or incorrect size shipped

    • Major discrepancies in design from what was described

  • Minor variations in fabric texture, color, or weave due to the upcycled nature of our products are not considered defects.

  • If a defect is confirmed, Re-Life will cover return shipping, and a replacement or store credit will be issued.


5. International Orders

  • All international sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • However, if a defect is reported, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

  • Every international order undergoes thorough quality checks, with a recorded video before shipping, ensuring accuracy and excellence.


6. Sustainability & Thoughtful Shopping

At Re-Life, we believe in conscious consumption. Every return and exchange adds to the carbon footprint of fashion.

  • We encourage customers to use our live WhatsApp chat before purchasing to ask questions and clarify doubts.

  • Minor irregularities in fabric are part of the upcycling process and should be embraced as features, not flaws.


7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
