Shipping Policy & Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India): Shipping is free on purchases of INR 6,000 or more.

International Orders: We offer free shipping on orders above INR 40,000, while a nominal shipping fee applies to orders below that threshold.

Dispatch Time: Orders typically ship within 8–10 business days. Custom orders or special requests may require additional time.

Courier Partners: We use Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC for domestic shipping and DHL for most international shipments.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for clearing customs and paying duties as per their country’s norms and policies.

Sale items and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each item undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch, and we share a video of your order via WhatsApp for confirmation before shipping.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us at Hi@projectrelife.com within 12 hours of placing it.

For custom orders, modifications must be requested before production begins.

For ready-to-ship items, changes are only possible if the order hasn’t left our facility.

We exclusively use upcycled fabrics from end cuts, export surplus, and minor defect pieces—no virgin materials.

Repair & Upcycling Services
We’re happy to repair or refresh your Relife garments for a fee! Reach out to us at Hi@projectrelife.com for details and a quote. While we don’t currently have a take-back program, we’re working towards launching one in the future.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
Your order arrives in upcycled, reusable fabric bags, completely plastic-free. We encourage you to reuse or repurpose them to continue your sustainable journey.
Fair Trade & Community Support
We collaborate with NGOs for specific products, such as bags, and ensure that our artisans receive fair wages, supporting local communities and ethical labor practices.
Custom Orders
Yes, we accept custom orders! While we can’t replicate our one-of-a-kind pieces exactly, we can create similar designs or tailor garments one size up or down. Additional charges or lead times may apply—email us at Hi@projectrelife.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
