  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not possible.

1.3 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

2.1 No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

  • In case of a sizing issue, we offer a one-time alteration at no additional cost.

  • For other cases, store credit or exchange is available under our Return Policy.

2.2 Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers must report any defect or issue within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
